It's not easy and there's a lot of tough love throughout this entrepreneurial journey but it's entirely worth it.

If you have been in business for any time (you're no longer in the idea stage) it would be very insightful for you to have your financial statements accessible for the call (for you to review I don't need to see them). The numbers don't lie. They help to steer the direction of the business. Having your financial information will help you get clear on next steps.
