Part-Time Wholesale Sales Coordinator

SOAK Bath Co
Niverville, Manitoba
Starting at approximately 10 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow

Starting wage: $20 per hour. A higher starting wage may be considered for candidates with significant, directly relevant wholesale sales or account-management experience.

ABOUT SOAK BATH CO

SOAK Bath Co is a woman-owned, Canadian-made bath and body brand located in Niverville, Manitoba. Our products are handmade in our Manitoba studio by a team of nine women and are carried by more than 500 retailers across Canada.

Our bestselling soap bars are made with all-natural ingredients and wrapped in plantable seed paper labels that grow into wildflowers.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a thoughtful, organized and sales-minded person to help grow the wholesale side of SOAK Bath Co.

This role will focus on building relationships with prospective, previous and current wholesale customers through personalized communication and consistent follow-up. You will help identify sales opportunities, reconnect with retailers and ensure promising wholesale accounts receive the attention needed to move forward.

The successful candidate will be able to create personalized communication based on each account’s needs, business type and history with SOAK Bath Co. You will use available customer information and online research to make each message relevant to the individual business.

This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys research, writing, organization and relationship-based sales.

SCHEDULE

This position will begin at approximately 10 hours per week.

The preferred core schedule is:

• Tuesday: 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
• Wednesday: 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.

As the role grows, additional hours may be added during agreed-upon weekday daytime hours. The position is located in our Niverville studio and is not a remote role.

GROWTH OPPORTUNITY

This is a role that the right person will have the opportunity to build. The position will begin at approximately 10 hours per week while we evaluate the results generated through wholesale outreach and account follow-up.

As the employee demonstrates an ability to generate measurable wholesale revenue, manage opportunities effectively and create value for the business, there is an opportunity to increase the weekly hours. For a strong performer, this position has the potential to grow from part-time into a full-time role.

Growth of the role will be based on performance, revenue results and the evolving needs of the business rather than a guaranteed timeline.

TRADE-SHOW PARTICIPATION

Ideally, the successful candidate will also attend our two annual CanGift Toronto trade shows. These shows will provide an opportunity to meet the buyers they communicate with throughout the year, put a face to a name and develop a stronger understanding of the wholesale sales process by guiding retailers through the SOAK collection, recommending products suited to their stores and writing orders at the show.

The 2027 show dates are:

• January 24–28, 2027
• August 8–11, 2027

SOAK Bath Co will provide required flights, hotel accommodations and meals, in addition to wages for the scheduled show dates.

• Track customer responses, orders and revenue connected to outreach.
• Work closely with the founder on customer questions, account decisions and promising sales opportunities.
• Attend CanGift Toronto trade shows when available to connect with buyers, recommend products, write orders and complete post-show follow-up.
