Our soaps are handcrafted with plant-based oils and butters like olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, shea butter, and castor oil. We use natural clays, botanicals, and high-quality fragrance or essential oils for scent. Each soap bar is made in small batches at our studio in Niverville, Manitoba.

Are SOAK Bath Co soaps vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! All of our soap bars and bath products are vegan-friendly and never tested on animals.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our soaps are made with gentle, moisturizing ingredients. While many customers with sensitive skin enjoy our products, we always recommend starting with an unscented bar (like Aloe Vera or Neem Oil) if you’re sensitive to scent.

Do your soaps and bath bombs contain palm oil, parabens, or sulfates?
Nope! Our products are made without palm oil, parabens, SLS, or harsh detergents. Just nourishing, eco-friendly ingredients.

Do your products expire?
Our soaps and bath products are best used within 1 year of purchase for maximum scent and freshness. They’re still safe after that, but the scent may fade over time.

Are your soaps and bath bombs safe for kids?
Yes! Our products are made with gentle, plant-based ingredients. For very young children or babies, we recommend starting with our unscented soap bars.

Do you have unscented soap bars?
Yes! We offer both the Aloe Vera Soap Bar and the Neem Oil Soap Bar as unscented options with no added fragrance or essential oils.

What makes SOAK Bath Co eco-friendly?
From ingredients to packaging, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. Our soap labels are made from plantable seed paper that grows wildflowers when planted, we use biodegradable packaging, and we repurpose soap scraps into new products to minimize waste.

What are plantable seed paper labels and how do they work?
Each soap bar is wrapped in a label made from biodegradable seed paper embedded with wildflower seeds. Simply plant the label under a thin layer of soil, water regularly, and watch it sprout into flowers. 🌸

Where are SOAK Bath Co products made?
All of our soaps and bath products are handmade in small batches at our studio in Niverville, Manitoba, Canada.

Why did you start SOAK Bath Co?
SOAK Bath Co was born from a personal struggle with dry, sensitive skin. Our founder, Candace, began experimenting with natural soap recipes in her kitchen, which grew into a passion for creating luxurious, eco-friendly bath products. Today, SOAK Bath Co is a national brand, but we still make everything by hand with the same care and creativity.

How long does a natural soap bar last?
On average, one of our full-size soap bars lasts 3–4 weeks with daily use, depending on how it’s stored. To make your soap bar last longer, let it dry between uses and avoid leaving it in standing water.

What’s the best way to store handmade soap?
Keep your soap on a soap dish or soap saver that allows it to dry between uses. If you stock up, store unused bars in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

How do I make my soap last longer?
We recommend cutting your soap bar into quarters and using one piece at a time. This keeps the rest of the bar dry until you need it. Using a soap saver bag or dish also helps extend its life.

Which soap bar is best for dry skin?
We recommend the Neem Oil Soap Bar—a rich, unscented bar made with nourishing plant-based oils. For an extra boost of hydration, check out our Dry Skin Bundle.

Which soap bar is best for oily skin?
Our Charcoal Tea Tree Soap Bar is a customer favourite, with a crisp, herbaceous scent. If you prefer something softer, the Charcoal Lavender Soap Bar offers the same charcoal base with a spa-like lavender aroma.

Do bath bombs stain the tub, towels, or skin?
Nope! Our bath bombs are made with a plant-based emollient that helps colours and oils disperse evenly in the water—no staining left behind.

Do bath bombs with botanicals make a mess?
A little—but it’s worth it for the spa-like experience! 🌸 After your bath, let the petals dry overnight and vacuum or wipe them up easily the next day.

How do I use Cocoa Butter Bath Melts?
Each pack comes with six squares of rich, raw cocoa butter. Cut them in half to get 12 baths. Drop one into warm bath water, let it melt, and massage the cocoa butter oil into your skin. When you step out (careful, it’s slippery!), gently pat your skin dry to lock in the moisture.

Do you have a shampoo bar? How do I use it?
Yes! We offer a Zero-Waste Shampoo Bar. Simply lather it in your hands or directly onto wet hair and massage through your scalp. Note: there may be a short transition period (about 4–5 weeks) as your hair adjusts from liquid shampoo.

Can I travel with a shampoo bar?
Yes! Shampoo bars are carry-on friendly and perfect for travel since they’re solid, lightweight, and mess-free.

Do you offer free shipping?

• Canada: Free shipping on orders over $150. Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $14.

• USA: Free shipping on orders over $150. Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $14.

• Local Pick-Up: Free pick-up is available at our studio in Niverville, Manitoba.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within Canada and the USA.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, but most Canadian and U.S. orders arrive within 5–7 business days.

Do you offer local pick-up in Niverville?
Yes! Select Local Pick Up at checkout. We’ll email you once your order is ready (usually within 1 business day). Pick up is available at our studio: 290 Main Street, Niverville, Manitoba. (Please note: this is our production studio, not a retail storefront).

Can I send SOAK Bath Co products as a gift?
Absolutely! You can ship directly to the recipient. Many customers love sending our soaps and bath bombs as gifts.
