How to Place an Online Wholesale Order with SOAK Bath Co
At SOAK Bath Co we've built a wholesale section on our website to make ordering for your shop super convenient and something you're able to do on your own time from the comfort of your home. The wholesale website will have the most up-to-date inventory on a day to day basis and will have first access to new and limited quantity items available to wholesale.
To create a wholesale account with SOAK Bath Co either use the link we send in our wholesale emails or go to www.cksoakbathco.com. Once you're on the website, you will find a tab at the top right hand corner that says "Wholesale" please click on this tab.
Once you click on Wholesale you will be directed to the screen below
Click on the words, "Sign up Here." The following screen will come onto your screen.
Please fill in all of the fields. This helps us to verify that you are an actual wholesale buyer and not a robot scanning our website or someone that shouldn't be gaining access to our wholesale site.
Please input the shipping address you'd like your shipments to be sent to as this is what we'll use for future shipping addresses.
The TAX ID field is to be used to input an RST/PST number for applicable provinces so we can PST exempt your final invoice if qualified.
Once you've filled out the form and click on "Continue" you will receive a message like the one below. This message means your information has been sent to us to verify that you are in fact a real wholesale buyer (because there is plenty of spam that comes through) so this step might just require a bit of patience. Once we receive the notification that a new account has been created (you've submitted this form) we manually review it and will then send you an activation email to be able to access the wholesale website.
Depending how far away we are from a computer this activation may take a few minutes for us to review or up to 24 hours.
If you get a message that says you already have an account with us (but you actually don't have access to a wholesale account it's because you have at some point signed up for our retail newsletter or have ordered something on the website as a retail purchase and your email address is assigned as retail in Shopify). If that's the case, please send us an email at email@example.com with your name and email address, we'll be able to find it on the back end of the website and send you a wholesale account invite.
Once we've reviewed your account we will send you an account activation email that looks like the screen below, it will be sent to the email address you provided in the sign up form. Please note, this message has a high likelihood of going to your junk email folder so keep an eye on junk email. Click the button at the bottom that says "Activate Your Account."
Once you click "Activate Your Account" you will be directed to the Quick Order Form on our website, this is where all of our products are organized by collection. Click on "Quick Order Form."
When you click on "Quick Order Form" you will find on the left hand side of the screen all of our collections for the year. This should allow you to scan our site for ideas on what you can bring for upcoming seasons or inspire ideas for how to market products from our line around particular seasons. For example, we've created categories for Stocking Stuffers and Secret Santa Gift ideas.
Each item will show the Wholesale dollar amount and the MSRP dollar amount next to it so you can easily see our suggested retail pricing for each item.
To place your order, add the quantities of each item to your cart.
When you're finished putting your order together click on Update Cart at the bottom of the page, then View Cart to checkout.
If at any point you want to go back to the order form and add items there is a Quick Order Form at the top of the page or the bottom right hand corner of the page. Click the Quick Order Form button to be taken back to the list of collections available.
If you're ready to place your order, you would click "Continue" and you will be taken to Shipping address details. Here please update any changes to shipping address if applicable.

You will then get a screen that looks like this below
What happens from here is our team will receive this order and pack it up within 24 - 36 hours of it being received. We pack the order so we can properly price the shipping cost to get your order to you in the most cost efficient way possible. Once we have your order together (within 24 - 36 hours) we will send you a final invoice that has the shipping cost included for your order and applicable taxes for your province or territory.
The reason we do not approximate the shipping at checkout at this time is because we are working with a few restrictions in Shopify. Because there are some that are local pick up orders and and shipments that are sent from major Canadian cities to very rural locations we can not at this time approximate the shipping without seeing significant losses and/or gains in shipping costs. We found this was the most fair and cost effective way to price out shipping.
Within Canada we price shop both Canada Post and Canpar. We've been able to negotiate much lower rates with Canpar and typically ship wholesale orders with them, especially if we are sending multiple parcels. Canada Post is used primarily for very rural locations, where Canpar doesn't compete on rate.
We will send the final invoice to your inbox, again keep an eye on junk mail as it tends to land there. Once the final invoice is paid, we will send the shipment out within 24 hours.
